Optical Processor Flashing Cable for FIU-932

This cable is needed to re-program or "flash" the firmware in the 932 in the optical processing unit. Many firmware upgrades can be accomplished without this cable, because they do not involve the 'deeper' optical processing device.

But those firmware upgrades that involve more fundamental changes to the way signals are gathered from the optical electronics may need this cable.
