If you have a broken device that is still under warranty, please place an order for the repair using this repair category.
Please place the repair order online, so we have good contact information and know to expect the returned item.
When your item arrives at our offices we will do an incoming inspection and contact you if, in our opinion, the repair cannot be performed at no charge. For example, if the product is out of warranty, we will check with you before proceeding to fix it.
