Repair 1: Under Warranty or No-Charge Repair
If you have a broken device that is still under warranty, please place an order for the repair using this repair category. Please be sure that the shipping address on the order is correct: we will use that to send it back to you. When placing the order you will be prompted to add the serial number of the device.
When your item arrives at our offices we will do an incoming inspection and contact you if, in our opinion, the repair cannot be performed at no charge. For example, if the product is out of warranty, we will check with you before proceeding to fix it.
