932 Upgrade - Return and Repair

If you are having any performance issues with your FIU-932 interface we can upgrade it for you.

Please return your interface to us. We will repair and return it to you as quickly as possible, usually within one day.

What gets reconditioned

This is what we update:

• Replace fading OLED display with a higher brightness one
• Increase the transmitted light intensity
• Increase the receive circuit sensitivity
• Update the firmware

After these changes the 932 will have a clearer display and support all of our devices with an increased range of optical performance.

This option is a good choice if:

1. There is a spare interface, or there is a short break in your study.
2. Your original interface is needed for inventory control.
3. You require a quick solution -- this is the fastest option.
