Online PurchasesYou may purchase our products online using a credit card, or with a purchase order. For all repairs, upgrades and smaller items, please use a credit card through our website. If you have any difficulty using our online ordering system please let us know about it so we can help you.
Purchase OrdersWe accept purchase orders for orders greater than $600.00, with payment terms not longer than 30 days. Note: Vendor supply forms should be five or fewer pages, and not take longer than 15 minutes to complete.
PaymentsFor purchases of $600.00 or less, we require orders to be placed online using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We do not take credit card information over the telephone. Credit card payment will be finalized within 30 days of the purchase date.
For orders placed using a purchase order, we accept payments in US dollars by US bank check or bank transfer. Payment terms are Net 30.
Age Limit on Repairs and UpgradesThe repair or upgrade of devices is limited to items less than 10 years old. This limit helps ensure that our equipment continues to be a reliable part of your study.

ShippingFor domestic shipping, UPS is the preferred carrier. We cannot ship using Fed Ex.
For international shipping, UPS or DHL are the preferred carriers. We cannot use Fed Ex or TNT. All taxes, duties, import fees are to be paid by customer directly to shipper.
