Use this item to order an out-of-warranty repair of any optical or trainer device purchased between 1 and 8 years ago. Choose the correct response device and include the serial number.

Age Limit

We repair our products for up to 8 years from the date of purchase. Note: at the end of 2024, the serial number should be about 4112900 or higher. If you are unsure of when the device was purchased please contact us to make sure it is still eligible before ordering the repair. For more information please see Ordering Info.
